I'm Here, Because I've Been There

As an elementary school teacher turned entrepreneur with zero funding or experience, I started a business in 2009.

I made a million mistakes along the way, and every one of them was a gift, but I’ll tell you more about those later!

I knew I wanted my business to work for me, and I knew I wanted to take it to the next level, but I needed help to do it. In 2015, I hired a business coach and that’s when everything changed.

I learned how to develop my own management skills and invested in my team of managers to level up their skill set and retain them for the long haul, free up my time, and focus on scaling the business. My team was able to manage 600+ remote workers nationwide while building and maintaining a company culture I was proud of. By pouring into my managers, I ended up growing and eventually selling a 7-figure business.

My goal for you is for you to become someone who knows exactly what levers to pull in your business to create the desired outcome. No matter what challenges come your way, you’ve got the tools and resources available.
