As we head into the new year, you may be feeling inspired to set some reading goals for both personal and professional growth. And if you haven’t done this already, consider this a sign!
One of the variables to success is learning. The results you’re getting in your business right now are perfectly designed by the business owner you are today. To have the business you want to have, you’ve got to learn new skills to become the business owner you need to be to run that business.
Reading is a vital key to unlocking a wealth of knowledge and new perspectives, especially in the world of business.
Each year, I finish at least one business or personal growth book per month. The books I choose depend on whether I'm looking for fresh business insights, what I’m focusing on in my own business and what I want to learn, as well as topics that just interest me.
I put together a list of my top reads and re-reads this past year that I recommend for any business owner, leader or entrepreneur, organized by subject.
Good news–the business books are linked too! Treat yourself or your colleagues to some belated holiday gifts that will be put to good use in the new year.
