DREAMS X GOALS X LEARNING X PLANS X ACTION = SUCCESS
Whether you learn by doing, reading, listening, or just living life, learning is an essential part of the formula for life success.
Once you write down your goals, you have to start doing the learning. Because without the learning, you can't do the planning or the action, which will stunt your growth.
In coaching, my clients learn during their sessions, but in between sessions, they also read or listen to books, listen to podcasts, meet with other business owners, attend workshops and conferences, and more - sharpening their skills to plan and execute and becoming who they need to be to have what they want to have.
Business owners often ask me what books I can recommend to learn more about various aspects of business. I love getting asked this question because, as Brad Sugars, founder of ActionCOACH says, you've got to "learn before you earn."
