If you’ve ever searched “what’s the difference between a business coach and a business consultant,” you’re not alone. This is […]

If you feel like your business is stuck in the same spot, no matter how hard you work, then maybe it’s time you consider a new approach to take you to the next level: business coaching.
So what exactly is business coaching, and how does it work?
A trained business coach works together with business owners and leaders to help them in all areas of business leadership by providing personalized expertise and advice, which can happen in a group or one-on-one setting.
Business coaching helps individuals recognize their own value, establish and execute plans, keep them accountable, and prepare for profitable growth.
My coaching sessions are all about the client–digging deep, gaining clarity, celebrating their wins, and building strategies that empower them to move forward with confidence.
Here’s what you can expect as a client:

You can trust me...I've been there!
Like many other successful business coaches, I pride myself in knowing what works because I’ve been through it.
As an elementary school teacher turned entrepreneur, with zero funding or experience I started a business in 2009. I grew it to 7-figures, eventually selling it. A million mistakes were made along the way, and every one of them was a gift, but I'll tell you more about those later!
I knew I wanted my business to work for me, and I knew I wanted to take it to the next level, but couldn't do it by myself. In 2015, I hired a business coach and that’s when everything changed.
I learned how to make time to leverage the team to create the systems that run the business. Doubled year-over-year, hitting 7-figures within 18 months of taking action. Instead of chasing them, I had high-quality leads coming to me on a regular basis. I created time to tackle the more exciting challenges of running and growing the business. For the last 3.5 years I owned my business, I worked only 25 hours a week. When I had my son, I stepped away for 2 months.
The business not only survived, but thrived.
Now I take the skills and frameworks I used to build that business, and the lessons I learned from the mistakes I made to help other business owners build a profitable enterprise that works for them.
