Business Coaching Options

Coaching 1-to-1 provides the opportunity for very in-depth and personalized consultations that will consist of one to six hours of phone, video, or in-person consultations per month with you and/or others on your team. The frequency and duration of these consultations are all customizable and decided upon by you and your coach. "Pit Crew" calls are also included which include reviewing projects, asking questions, email support, etc. If you have projects you'd like reviewed, you'll have unlimited opportunities for that.

Consultations will assist you in setting goals, discussing your progress, resolving any challenges, evaluating your ideas, and prioritizing the actions you need to take to reach your goals.

You'll be provided access to hundreds of ActionCOACH-developed resources, including business and financial planning tools, advertising and marketing data, marketing scripts and sales management systems, and human resource systems, operations manuals, and hundreds of trainings.

We meet twice per month as a small group - just 4 businesses maximum, up to 1-hour. "Pit Crew" calls are also included which include reviewing projects, asking questions, email support, etc. If you have projects you'd like reviewed, you'll have unlimited opportunities for that.

This isn't generic coaching - it's customized to exactly where each business is at, what will move you closer to your goals, staying focused and being held accountable while building community with like-minded business owners.
